It is right in the middle of Fair Trade Week the final year students of the pastry training were able to be made aware of what is hidden behind our way of producing and consuming.
The 10 students were able to exchange views with the federation’s coordinator on the basis of the PPT presentation and watched the report entitled "The challenges of sustainable food" highlighting the difficulties faced by producers and farmers in both North and South. The IFAPME Dinant, one of the first 3 establishments to receive the FTSU title, once again proved its enthusiasm and commitment to the project through a 24-25 action plan which is rich in company visits and other enriching actions !
