This webinar is part of the Fair Trade Schools & Universities project (www.ftsu.be) organized by the Belgian Fair Trade Federation (www.bftf.be) in collaboration with the Haute-École Condorcet of Ath (2ème Master en Agronomie - Orientation Bio-industrie - Option fermentation). The four participating brewers are :

• Julien Slabbinck of brasserie des Carrières
