The students of Social Sciences from the Athénée Royal de Dinant, supervised by Professor Benoit Leroy, went to Onhaye, to interview the cheese maker Sébastien Delloy, craftsman-refiner, creator of the local cheese "Le Condor" whose milk is bought at a fair price from milk producers in the region. A questionnaire had been previously developed by Mr. Leroy’s students, following various interventions and awareness actions on fair trade throughout the school year.
